New Chart Plotter TotalTide 2004     Sailing Directions on CD-ROM               A collaboration between the United Kingdom Hydrographic Office and the Royal Yachting Association (RYA) has resulted in the development of a combined chart and software package as an affordable introduction to electronic or PC-based navigation. The new product will be demonstrated at the London International Boat Show in January 2004. The latest edition has been enhanced to include new port predictions, improved high and low water predictions for complex port entries and additional safety critical information.
