You can select (a) on the Status of the Project ; (b) on the Theme which the project supports or on the Environmental Strategy Framework to which it contributes. Note that in general projects are allocated either to one of the nine Themes or to one of the three Frameworks.  The results of your search will be returned as a list of projects - you will then be able to obtain further details on individual projects by clicking on these. Where the project is a new start for tender, you will be able to download a Form for Registration of Interest by a potential contractor.
