Southern Region and National Fisheries Byelaws

These Byelaws are made in exercise of powers under Section 28(6) and Schedule 3 of the Salmon and Freshwater Fisheries Act 1975 and derived from the Southern Water Authority Byelaws 1985, 1987, 1989 and The National River Authority Close Season Byelaws 1995. National Byelaws are made in exercise of powers under section 210 and Schedule 25 of the Water Resources Act 1991.
