Defra Departmental report

Defra, in line with other Government Departments, produces an annual report to Parliament. Departmental report 2004 (Cm 6219) The 2004 report gives an overview of our activities over 2003-04 and looks ahead to what we will be aiming to achieve in 2004-05. In 2003 we also published a Strategy setting out how we will be aiming to deliver our commitments for the environment, the farming and food industry and rural communities over the three years from 2003-06. Autumn performance report

The Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs 2003 Autumn Performance Report (Cm 6017) was published on 21 November 2003. The report is published in late autumn each year as part of our reporting process. It highlights our progress towards achieving our outstanding Public Service Agreement targets since the publication of the Departmental Report in May. The 2003 report shows that we continue to make good progress in achieving our aims and with our continued efforts we will be able to meet the challenges ahead.
