Employer's guide

Employing someone who is a member of the RAF Reserves need not be complicated. In most cases, having an employee who’s a reservist will make no difference to the way you manage routine employee welfare. In fact, the positive contribution that a Reservist can make to your organisation could be considerable.

There is a Ministry Defence Campaign, dedicated to supporting Britain’s reservist’s and their employers. Supporting Britain’s Reservists and Employers (SaBRE) can provide all the information you need relating to employing Reservists. Visit their website for more information.
