Printing pages
Any page can be printed from the web by the user selecting File, Print from the menu option within Microsoft IE or Netscape.

A preferable format for print is to download the PDF files from the 'Download report as PDF' page.

To bookmark a particular page select Favorites, Add to Favorites from the menu option within Microsoft IE or Bookmarks, Add Bookmarks in Netscape.

Site specification
This web site has been designed with all users in mind.
The standard outline guide for the site was for an SVGA resolution moniter (800 x 600) using 256 colours. The site should be quite useable with specifications lower than this. Due to the amount of information in the report some pages may take a few seconds to download.

Navigation
Use the drop-down menu on each page to go to the main pages on the site. These pages are also provided as text links in the footer on each page. Links appear at the top of the pages within the report which allow the user to return to the main navigation pages and also go to the next and previous pages within each volume.

Clicking the following images throughout the report pages will return the view to the top of the page.

Downloading software
The documents on the 'Download report as PDF' page are provided for download as Adobe Acrobat PDF Files. To view these files, you will need to install the Adobe Acrobat PDF Reader, which can be downloaded free of charge from the Adobe Systems Incorporated Website.

The files on the 'Download the report as PDF' page are arranged by volume and chapter in order to reduce the download times. You can therefore download chapters of particular interest or the complete volume. The complete PDF file for each volume has been compressed using Winzip. The Winzip file can be downloaded to your computer and opened using Winzip for PC users. If you do not have the Winzip software on your computer you can download it here).

Alternatively for Mac users the files can be opened using Stuffit expander. If you do not have Stuffit Expander installed on your computer you can find and download the software here.
