1. Not all departments have published a Departmental Investment Strategy in the 2004 Spending Review period.

2. The Criminal Justice System and Action Against Illegal Drugs are cross-departmental programmes and as such do not have a Departmental Investment Strategy or Efficiency Technical Note.

3. Links to Home Office Technical Notes (the Crown Prosecution Service and Criminal Justice System share PSA targets with the Home Office).
