Recruitment in HM Treasury
Our recruitment procedures are in accordance with the Civil Service Commissioners’ code, which is based on fair and open competition and selection on merit. There are systems in place to ensure compliance and these systems are subject to internal checks. They were internally and externally audited in 2001 and will be audited again during 2006-07.
