Better Regulation Task Force report on local delivery of central policy - Government response
The Government welcomes the Better Regulation Task Force's report on local delivery of central policy. The problems highlighted in the report are of major concern, particularly where they put at risk the Government's commitment to delivering lasting change in key policy areas. The Government has analysed each element of the Task Force's recommendations, working together with all relevant Departments. Implementing the actions set out in the Government response should make an important contribution to the public service reform and productivity agendas.
