Visit of Chinese president Hu Jintao to Downing Street

Chinese president Hu Jintao visited Tony Blair during his three-day state visit to the UK.

The Chief Executive of Rolls Royce, Sir John Rose, signed a contract worth $800 million with the President of Air China, Li Jiaxiang. Rolls-Royce Trent will supply 700 engines to power the new Air China Limited fleet of 20 Airbus and will provide a long-term Total Care service.
