Staff engagement and involvement
NHS Employers is working with the Department of Health (DH) and the NHS trade unions to develop work on staff involvement, staff engagement and the NHS staff survey. Staff engagement and involvement are crucial because involved and engaged staff will we deliver better services for patients.
