KSF case studies

The NHS Knowledge and Skills Framework (NHS KSF) is the career and pay progression strand of Agenda for Change (AfC), the NHS pay system. It is mandatory for all Agenda for Change staff and should be fully implemented by all NHS organisations.

This section of the website aims to share learning by producing case studies about the use and application of the Knowledge and Skills Framework (KSF) across the NHS, particularly where it has demonstrated clear benefits for staff and patients.
