![]() Agenda for Change is the most radical shake up of the NHS pay system since the NHS began in 1948. It applies to over one million NHS staff across the UK. NHS Employers is responsible for representing the views of employers in national negotiations on Agenda for Change, and provides support and assistance for trusts introducing the new systems through the Agenda for Change Implementation Team. NHS Employers' Pay and Negotiations team offers support and advice to employers in the NHS. Individual members of staff are advised to seek advice from their employer, professional representatives or trade union. Pages in this sectionWhat's new Overview What is Agenda for Change?
