Review of on-call arrangements

Terms of reference have been agreed for the on-call review. The NHS Staff Council has set up a joint sub-group to review 'on-call and other extended service cover' arrangements. The aim is to complete the review by September 2009 allowing time for consultation before any changes are implemented in April 2010.
