Yell, the international directories business, has announced plans for a new multi million pound call centre in Newport, Gwent, to expand its award winning Yellow Pages 118 24 7 service. Yell’s investment, which could see the creation of more than 250 jobs phased over the next four years, has received grant aid from the Welsh Assembly Government and support from the Assembly’s International Business Wales team.
