How long does the listing process take?

Currently it takes around six months to deal with a routine listing application, though in very urgent cases decisions can be made much more quickly, sometimes in as little as a week. The new new system is designed to streamline the listing process, but new notification and consultation arrangements may initially increase the time taken to process cases.
