The Parliamentary Archives

Welcome to the web pages of the Parliamentary Archives of the United Kingdom. We provide access to the archives of the House of Lords, the House of Commons and to other records relating to Parliament, and are usually open to the public all year round, Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 5.00pm (apart from public holidays). We also provide a records management service for both Houses of Parliament. Please note that we are closed on Bank Holiday Monday, 25 August and the following Tuesday, 26 August 2008.
