Presessional Course Notice

Changes to length of leave for presessional courses from 20 August

Following discussions between UKvisas and educational institutions in the UK, from Monday 20 August 2007 students who have been granted offers conditional on the successfully completing a presessional course will be granted the length of their presessional course plus one week.

Students who will not receive notice of successful completion of their presessional course before their visa expires may be granted additional leave. Students requiring additional leave should provide a letter from the university where they will do their presessional course stating when their results will become available. This letter must be included with their visa application supporting documents.

2007年8月20日起，英國學生簽證效期-先修課程之重大改變

英國UKvisas以及各教育機構決定由2007年8月20日起，學生到英國修讀先修課程(正式學位課程的接受條件為順利完成先修課程)，簽證效期將給至先修課程結束日期+７天

無法於簽證到期日前接獲已順利完成先修課程通知的學生，可延長簽證效期。需要延長簽證效期的學生必須請其修讀先修課程的學校提供證明函件，說明成績公佈日期。此證明函件必須連同其他必備文件，於申請英國簽證時遞上。
