This is a consultation on ways in which Heathrow airport could be developed over the next 20 years or more. It reports on the outcome of work since the Air Transport White Paper in 2003 and describes how additional runway capacity might be provided, its likely impacts and how they might be addressed. The consultation ends on 27 February 2008.
The government is publishing 'Staying Safe' to promote discussion on how best to keep children safe. The strategy also looks at how to best protect vulnerable children and young people and how to respond when children and young people have been harmed. The consultation ends on 31 October 2007.
Clinical psychologist Dr Tanya Byron today launched a call for evidence to gather information advice and views about the risks to children and young people of exposure to potentially harmful or inappropriate material on the internet and video games. The consultation closes on Friday 30 November 2007.
