In accordance with the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act 2000, NICE provides full information about its work programme and activities. We suggest that you check here first for the information you need before sending a FOI request to the Institute.

• NICE publication scheme explains what information NICE makes available to the public under FOI and how to request it.
