Purpose
1. To advise stakeholders of the Community legislation published during February 2008.
Background
2. Customer Information Note API 2005/04 advised that the Imports Policy Branch would be notifying stakeholders of the latest legislation.
3. The legislation published during February is in the enclosed annex.
