The Treasury offers an extensive range of learning and development opportunities, with some leading to nationally recognised qualifications. The options include formal courses and less formal programmes such as: open learning, conferences, seminars, visits, further education, on-the-job coaching, mentoring, and work shadowing.

Our training curriculum is aligned with the Professional Skills for Government Framework – a new competency framework to enhance the professionalism and effectiveness in the public sector.
