On 30th September energywatch will close down and be replaced by a new set
of consumer support agencies which will provide advice and help with energy
problems.

The new organisations and their websites will help you to find out about the
best energy deals and to check on your energy consumer rights. They can also
help you make an effective complaint to your energy company or use the new
energy ombudsman service.
energywatch Consumer Advisers will continue to work on complaints that are
logged with us before 30 September.
