Defra ministerial appointments
The Prime Minister, Gordon Brown, announced changes to the Cabinet on 3 October.
Hilary Benn was appointed on 28 June 2007 and will continue as the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs.
The following ministers have been appointed for Defra:
- Minister of State - Jane Kennedy
- Minister of State - Lord Hunt
- Parliamentary Under Secretary of State - Huw Irranca-Davies
