A survey on public awareness of consumer rights was carried out by TNS for BERR. The Executive Summary of the reports findings is now available.
Have you ever bought concert tickets from eBay or your local classified ads? Or have you sold your tickets to an event when it turned out you couldn’t go?
The Department for Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS) wants your views about the ticketing industry, re-selling tickets and ticket touting.
The public consultation addresses a wide range of issues affecting consumers and those selling tickets for events. This includes looking at whether certain events are nationally significant, and whether ticket sales for those events should be restricted.
