- Carer's Allowance is a benefit to help people who look after someone who is disabled.

- The Disability Employment Adviser (DEA) at your local job centre will be able to put you in touch with your closest Access to Work Business Centre to check whether you're eligible for help. They offer support if you are having trouble finding a job because of your disability.

- Disability Living Allowance (DLA) is a benefit you may get if you need help with personal care or have walking difficulties because you're physically or mentally disabled.
