22 August 2006: New drawings P884 and P885 added to P800 series (miscellaneous informatory signs). These are the “quiet lane” signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs (Amendment) Regulations 2006 (SI 2006 No. 2083). The non-prescribed drawings for quiet lanes, NP427, NP427.1 and NP427.2, have been withdrawn.

20 December 2005: New symbol drawing AT168 (military museum) added to AT series (approved tourist symbols). Drawing AT 303.1 replaced by issue B.

23 June 2005: Four drawings added to P600 series (regulatory signs). This completes the P600 series. Nine drawings added to P2000 series (directional signs). This completes the P2000 series. Drawing P2509 withdrawn (replaced by P2509.1). Drawing T303 (The National Trust for Scotland) withdrawn and replaced by AT303.1. Drawing P2610 replaced by issue C.

ALL WORKING DRAWINGS ARE NOW ON THE WEBSITE. From time to time existing drawings will be amended as necessary to correct errors or to show more permitted variants. Also, any new AT (approved tourist symbol) drawing will be added. Changes to the drawings will be recorded on this site update page.

7 April 2005: Two drawings added to P1000 series (road markings). This completes the P1000 series. Thirteen drawings added to P2000 series (directional signs). Drawing P2503 (on website) updated from issue B to issue C. List of drawings withdrawn indicates that drawing P2402 (withdrawn on 31 January 2003) has now been replaced by drawing P2402.1. Drawing P2403 withdrawn (replaced by drawing 2403.1).

23 March 2005: Three drawings added to P1000 series (road markings) and seventeen drawings added to P2000 series (directional signs). All four drawings for the P4000 series (signals for crossing facilities) have been added. List of drawings withdrawn indicates that drawings P2308, P2310, P2311 P2313 and P2314 which were all withdrawn on 31 January 2003 are now replaced by new drawings (P2308.1, P2313.1, P2313.2, P2313.3, P2313.4, P2313.5 and P2313.6). List of drawings withdrawn indicates that drawings P2919 and P4002 which were both withdrawn on 31 January 2003 are now replaced by drawings P2919.1 and P4002.1 respectively. Drawing P4003 (withdrawn on 31 January 2003) has been removed from the list of drawings withdrawn as it has now been replaced by new drawing P4003. Drawings NP2918.1 and NP4002.1 withdrawn (replaced by drawings P2917 sheet 3 and P4002.1 sheet 2 respectively).

22 February 2005: Five drawings added to P1000 series (road markings).

16 February 2005: Three drawings added to P2000 series (directional signs) and eight drawings added to P7000 series (signs for road works). This completes the P7000 series. List of drawings withdrawn indicates that drawings P7002 and P7007 which were both withdrawn on 31 January 2003 are now replaced by drawings P7002A and P7007.1 respectively. Drawings NP7007.1A and NP7007.5 withdrawn (both replaced by drawing P7007.1).

27 January 2005: Six drawings added to P1000 series (road markings). The only two drawings for the P3000 series (traffic signals) have been added. Forty six drawings added to P7000 series (signs for road works). List of drawings withdrawn indicates that new drawing P7003.1 replaces P7003 which was withdrawn on 31 January 2003. Drawing NP 7006.7 withdrawn (replaced by drawing P7006.1). Drawings NP7025, NP7026, NP7027, NP7028 and NP7029 withdrawn (replaced by drawings P7025, P 7026, P7027, P7028 and P7029 respectively). Drawing NP 7030 withdrawn (replaced by drawing P7031). Drawing NP7291 withdrawn (replaced by drawing P7291).

16 December 2004: Eight drawings added to P800 series (miscellaneous informatory signs). This completes the P800 series. Two drawings added to P2000 series (directional signs). All twelve drawings for the P5000 series (lane control signs) have been added. The P7000 series (signs for road works) has been started with three drawings. Drawings P832.1 and P832.2 withdrawn (replaced by drawings P832.1A and P832.2A respectively). Drawing P864 withdrawn (replaced by drawing P864.1). Drawing NP543.2 withdrawn (replaced by drawing P7030). Drawing NP877A withdrawn (replaced by revised drawing P877). Drawing NP7015.1 withdrawn (replaced by drawing P7001.3). 30 September 2004: Five drawings added to P600 series (regulatory signs). List of drawings withdrawn indicates that P661.2 and P661.3 (withdrawn on 31 January 2003) have been replaced by new drawings P661.2A and P661.3A respectively (now on website).

17 September 2004: Three drawings added to P2000 series (directional signs).

10 September 2004: Six drawings added to P900 series (bus, tram and pedal cycle facilities) and eight drawings added to P2000 series (directional signs). Drawings NP413&414 and NP881 withdrawn (replaced by P2934 and P2933 respectively).

2 September 2004: Eight drawings added to P600 series (regulatory signs) and and five drawings added to P900 series (bus, tram and pedal cycle facilities). Drawing P636 (on website) updated from issue B to issue C.

26 August 2004: Eighteen drawings added to P800 series (miscellaneous informatory signs). Drawing P872.1 (on website) updated from issue A to issue B. List of drawings withdrawn indicates that P831.1 (withdrawn on 31 January 2003) has been replaced by new drawing P831.2 (now on website).

19 August 2004: Six drawings added to P600 series (regulatory signs) and ten drawings added to P800 series (miscellaneous informatory signs). Drawing P827.3 (on website) updated from issue A to issue B. Drawing P2916 withdrawn (replaced by drawing P820.1).

13 August 2004: Four drawings added to P600 series (regulatory signs), six drawings added to P800 series (miscellaneous informatory signs) and nine drawings added to P900 series (bus, tram and pedal cycle facilities). Drawings P661, P669.1 and NP827.3 withdrawn (replaced by P661A, P818.3 and P827.3 respectively).

5 August 2004: Seven drawings added to P800 series (miscellaneous informatory signs) and three drawings added to P900 series (bus, tram and pedal cycle facilities). Drawing P669 withdrawn (replaced by drawing P818.2).

2 August 2004: Seven drawings added to P900 series (bus, tram and pedal cycle facilities) including the three new circular supplementary plates used with signs mounted in combination with traffic signals.

29 July 2004: P700 series (railway and tramway level crossings) completed. Seven drawings added to P600 series (regulatory signs).

22 July 2004: P500 series (warning signs) completed. Drawings also added to P600, P700 and P900 series.

9 March 2004: Tourist symbol drawings (T series) completed with the exception of the symbol for the National Trust for Scotland (T303) which is to be replaced by a revised symbol (AT303.1). Drawings also added to P500, P800 and P2000 series. Revised version (issue C) of T5 (Youth Hostel symbol).

27 February 2004: Drawings added to P600 and P800 series.

13 February 2004: Drawings added to P600 and P2000 series.

30 January 2004: Drawings added to P900, P2000 and T series.

14 January 2004: Drawings added to P600, P800, AT and T series. T403 (Ancient monument in Wales) withdrawn and replaced by AT403.1.

23 December 2003: Drawings added to P600, P700, P800, P1000, P2000, AT and T series. Revised version of P612&613 (issue C) and P614 (issue C).

28 February 2003: Drawings added to P500, P600 and T series.

31 January 2003: First tranche of drawings to coincide with TSRGD 2002 coming into force. Drawings published comprise the whole of the S series (symbols), part of the P500 series (warning signs) and part of the P600 series (regulatory signs).
