Orders are accepted for payment by Credit and Debit Cards only in British Pounds Sterling. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. Needless to say, the site is totally secure so you can enjoy this convenient way to shop with complete peace of mind.

 

Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase simply return it to us in its original condition within 7 days. On receipt by us of the goods we will be happy to exchange them or provide a refund to the Credit Card from which the purchase was made.

Unless we delivered items to you in error, or an item is faulty you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.

 

For your protection in all cases we recommend that you use a proof of postage service provided by Royal Mail. 


Please note: refunds for event tickets can not be granted if participants cancel within 48 hours of the event taking place.

Delivery Terms

We will endeavour to deliver UK orders within 7 days, but please allow a maximum of 28 days for delivery. In the event that we are unable to satisfy your order we will contact you immediately and the appropriate refund will be made as soon as possible. Your statutory rights are not affected. 

 

Tax Charges

All prices displayed on this site are including VAT at 17.5% where appropriate. Orders from outside the UK and European Union are VAT free and when confirming the shipping address the VAT will be reduced to zero.
