The Trojan Armoured Vehicle Royal Engineers (AVRE)

Combat engineering is about mobility and counter-mobility - keeping our own freedom to manoeuvre, while limiting the enemy's. Logistics involves the setting up and running of an effective, self-contained transport network.

  • Engineering Equipment

    Combat engineers need the equipment to clear routes, repair airfields and harbours, and bridge rivers - all at top speed and often under fire - while protecting our own troops with quick and effective obstacles

  • Logistic Vehicles

    To keep our guns firing, tanks driving and soldiers fighting, takes vast amounts of fuel, food and, especially, ammunition.
