Royal Air Force Swing Wing is the Big Band of The Band of the Royal Air Force College and one of the countries foremost Big Bands and performs the music immortalised by the great orchestras of Tommy Dorsey, Benny Goodman, Glen Miller, Count Basic and many more from a time when swing was King. The two charities supported by these concerts are the RAF Association and the Grantham Cardiac Rehab Unit both of whom do sterling work to help those members of the RAF, both serving and former, fallen on hard times and those recovering from major heart disease.
