Summary

In March 2009 the Government published a consultation to seek views on amending the Accounts and Audit Regulations 2003 with the view to improving transparency of reporting if remuneration of senior officers in some public bodies. The following documents have been published:

• A summary of the responses and Government response together with a list of respondents
• Full list of responses received from local authorities, police and fire bodies, public bodies, other interested parties and members of the public. To make this information more accessible it has been divided into 21 batches and an index provided detailing where the response from each respondent is listed.
