Coming to Court - Court User's Guidance

This section provides information on what you can expect when you come to court.

The Court Users' Charter sets out the standards you can expect coming to court. It explains what to do if things go wrong and suggests ways in which you can help the court to help you. The Charter is intended for anyone who has to come to court for whatever reason, and provides a general guide for all members of the public and the legal professions involved in civil or criminal proceedings.
