Our plan is to implement an ambitious and collaborative approach to Leadership Development and Talent Management across the NHS in the east of England, with the fundamental aim of developing a vibrant culture of leadership to support delivery of the regional vision Towards the Best,Together and the objectives of the National Leadership Council.

This website will give you information about our unique Board Development tool which is being used by a number of our Trusts and PCTs; our approach to developing High Potential Executives; the Senior Clinical Leaders Programme; our Aspiring Directors Programme and much more - including information about the Leadership Alumni programme, the Clinical Leaders Network, coaching and other opportunities. Here you will also find the 'tool kit' to support organisations in implementing a systematic approach to managing talent.
