Beneficiaries

The Agency’s Investment Decision Group (IDG) acts as the final approval group for all projects seeking ERDF funding.

The principal role and function of the IDG is to:

• Approve Action Plan/Package proposals with due regard to the recommendation from the Priority Working Groups; and

• Make the investment decision for ERDF projects i.e. approve or reject all applications for ERDF grant. 

Once a project has been approved by the Investment Decision Group and contracts have been signed, the project then becomes a beneficiary. A full list of Agency's beneficiaries is available on the Developing your project section.
