How to nominate someone for an Honour, and a guide to the different awards

Achievements in creating equal opportunities and good community relations deserve to be recognised through the honours system. Our Honours Secretariat handles nominations from people working at regional and local level in housing, urban regeneration, and planning and local government.

You can use this section of the website to find out how candidates for honours are identified by the Department and how you can nominate someone for an award.
