All DH Consultation promotional activity is withdrawn due to Cabinet Office Guidance following the Election announcement on 6 April 2010. In addition to this, no new consultations or consultation responses shall be published until after the Election unless considered essential (for example, for safeguarding public health).
Current live consultations will remain open during the election period and can still be responded to. Consultation periods may be extended after the Election period to cater for this restriction on activity.
Consultations that have now closed to responses and are awaiting publication of summaries of the responses and details of the outcome.
