Local Vision - Statutory Guidance on developing and delivering Community Strategies

This statutory guidance replaces that issued in 2001. It has been prepared in close collaboration with many partners and following extensive consultation.
It is issued to support the further development and delivery of community strategies, and their integration with local service boards, local delivery agreements and the wider strategic policy framework.
