The Agency publishes details of meetings held and attended by the Chief Executive and Directors on a month by month basis and February 2008 details are now available online. This forms part of our commitment to openness.
Each month the website is updated with information about meetings held, who attended, and the purpose behind it. The initiative will cover meetings attended by the Agency's Chief Executive and UK Directors, including the Head of the Meat Hygenie Service, who is an Excutive Agency of the Food Standards Agency.
The Agency also provides details of Board Members' engagements. These are available as a Standing Order paper to Open Board Meetings.
Meeting details are published about our Chief Executive and Directors from our externally facing Directorates. Other Directors not shown in the meeting tables focus mainly on internal management of the Agency and as these Directors attend meetings with external organisations infrequently, they will only appear on an ad-hoc basis.
