Partnerships

In administering the Armed Forces Compensation Scheme (AFCS) and War Pension schemes we work in partnership with many other government departments such as the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) when processing claims and the Ministry of Justice who administer the appeals process.

We deliver welfare services in partnership with ex-Service and other voluntary organisations.  Where appropriate, we aim to build on this by working more closely with the voluntary and private sectors to provide a more streamlined service to our pensioners.
