Amend or update your details
If any of your Waste Carrier/ Broker details change, we must be advised straight away, so we can update your certificate and our public register appropriately.
Upgrading an application
We can upgrade your application from a carrier or broker to a carrier and broker for a charge of £40.

Lost and stolen registration documents
There is no fee to replace a lost or stolen waste carrier or broker document.
How to cancel your registration
Your registration automatically expires after three years if you do not submit a renewal application.
What will my registration number look like?
As waste carriers and brokers are now registered using a new system called Integrated Regulation (IR), the format of the registration numbers has changed.
What are six-month expiry letters?
We have a statutory requirement to send out expiry reminder letters six months before your registration expires.
