Planning Policy Statement 3: Housing

Planning Policy Statement 3 (PPS3) underpins the delivery of the Government's strategic housing policy objectives.

This replaces Planning Policy Guidance 3: Housing (PPG3) which was published in March 2000 and earlier editions of PPS3 published on 29 November 2006 and 19 January 2010.
