The Tribunals Service (Employment) Stakeholder Groups are made up of representatives from organisations who are actively involved in the continued development of the Tribunals Service. The National User Groups in England & Wales and Scotland are comprised of a representative group of stakeholders, with experience in various fields, perform a consultative role in order to build on existing good practice.
The Employment Tribunal System Steering Board purpose was to promote the effectiveness of, and to provide advice on, the overall operation of the Employment Tribunal System, to ensure that it met the needs of all of its users.
Their prime role was to provide authoritative advice to the Tribunals Service CEO and the Acas CEO, the relevant Director–General in BIS and, through them, Ministers both within BIS and MoJ.

The Employment Tribunals has two National User Groups; one for England & Wales and one for Scotland. Meetings are held twice a year and provide customers, partners and providers with the opportunity to raise issues or concerns regarding the quality of information and service provided by the organisation
