Non-Domestic Rates
Requires each billing authority to calculate, after the end of each financial year, the amount of its non-domestic rating contribution for the year and to notify the National Assembly for Wales of the amount.
The main source of information is the non-domestic rates (NDR) return from local authorities.
A breakdown of non-domestic rates in Wales by billing authority can be obtained from our StatsWales website.
Information on business rating and council tax valuation lists can be obtained from the Valuation Office Agency (VOA).
For non-domestic rates information in England, see the DCLG website.
