HMRC welcomes views from all tax agents, their representative bodies, those from the voluntary sector and individuals who provide support and advice on complying with tax obligations - as well as individuals or businesses who use the services of a tax agent.

Consultation, published on the HM treasury website, on further support for seed investment and start-ups, simplification of the EIS/VCT schemes and ensuring they are targeted on genuine risk capital investments. The aim of this consultation is to gather views and evidence from stakeholders on a new scheme for seed investment and on a number of reform options to improve the effectiveness of the Enterprise Investment Scheme and Venture Capital Trusts.
