Draft Bills before Parliament

The government publishes a number of Bills each parliamentary session in draft form, before they are introduced in Parliament as formal Bills. This enables consultation and pre-legislative scrutiny before a Bill is issued formally. Listed on this page are the Draft Bills published by the Government so far in this parliamentary session. Click on the title for the full text of the Draft Bill. Any relevant Select Committee Report will also be listed.
